THE 10 FATALITY PREVENTION RULES

The 10 Fatality Prevention Rules serve as a guide and a firm reminder about activities that have the highest potential risk in our plants, depots, warehouses, and offices. In clear, simple, easy-to-recall language, these rules capture some “do’s” and “don’ts” for all our stakeholders. This set of rules is the result of key learnings from previous incidents as well as best practices adopted from other leading companies known to have an excellent health and safety culture. We want to learn from our own past experiences and from the best global leaders in safety so we can develop a stronger health and safety culture for our people.
