Butuan Bridge

The new Butuan bridge used Japanese technology earthquake-proof capabilities consisting of 300 meters steel cable stayed main bridge with concrete tower and steel plate girder on a steel pile foundation. The project also includes the construction of eleven kilometers bypass road, the 1.33 kilometers Maguinda-Las Nieves Road and the 2.9 kilometers Barangays Bonbon-Libertad, all in Butuan City.

The North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), managed by Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, is a vital gateway that links Metro Manila to North and Central Luzon in the Philippines. It was formerly called the North Diversion Road, and underwent renovation, expansion and modernization with the help of the trusted cement for durable roads — Republic Cement. Today, NLEX measures 88-kilometer long and has four to eight lanes with limited access.
