This promo is open to all customers aged 18 and above who made a single-receipt purchase of at least five (5) bags of any participating Republic Cement products from participating hardware stores from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 2. Participants are entitled to join the raffle by purchasing at least least five (5) bags of participating Republic Cement products in a single-receipt from participating hardware stores. A single-receipt purchase of at least five (5) bags of participating Republic Cement products qualifies the customer to one (1) raffle entry. A customer may submit multiple entries, provided that each entry is supported by a separate single‑receipt purchase of at least five (5) bags of participating Republic Cement products.Participants must also FOLLOW the official Republic Cement Facebook page to qualify for the promo.

​5. The electronic raffle draws will be conducted at the Republic Cement Head Office, 17/F Menarco Tower, in the presence of a DTI representative, on the following dates and times:

• Draw 1: April 15, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 2: April 22, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 3: April 29, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 4: May 6, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 5: May 13, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 6: May 20, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 7: May 27, 2026 – 2:00 PM

• Draw 8: June 3, 2026 – 2:00 PM

​6. Each weekly raffle will have two (2) winners, and each winner will receive ₱1,000 GCash.

Note: Non‑winning entries do not carry over to the next draw. Participants may re‑register by submitting a new entry, provided that the corresponding product purchase falls within the qualifying period for that specific weekly raffle and not from previous dates.

​7. A participant may only win once per weekly draw. However, the same participant may win again in succeeding weekly raffles, provided that they submit a new entry supported by a new product purchase that falls within the qualifying period of the corresponding weekly raffle and not from prior dates.

8. Prizes that exceed Php 10,000 are subject to 20% tax and will be shouldered by Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc.

​9. Prizes under this promo are non-transferable and shall be provided solely in the form of GCash. No other prize or cash alternative will be provided.

​10. Winners will be determined via electronic raffle in the presence of a DTI representative.

​11. Winners will be announced on Republic Cement’s official Facebook page and will be notified via registered mail, via SMS through their registered mobile number,via email through their registered email address on the following schedules:​

​12. Winners will receive the ₱1,000 GCash prize via GCash Express Send to the GCash number submitted in the entry form.

​13. Before prize transmission, winners must submit at least one valid ID via email or Facebook private message to Republic Cement’s official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/RepublicCement

​14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited in favor of Republic Cement with prior DTI approval.

​15. All employees of Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc., including its advertising agencies, participating merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

​16. Participants must agree to provide consent for Republic Cement's collection and usage of their personal data for servicing, advertising, and marketing purposes in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012″.

​17. By joining the promo, participants agree to share their submitted data with Republic Cement and authorized partners for the following purposes:

a. Processing of GCash raffle prizes
