As part of our commitment to developing future talents and leaders, Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc. donated 10 welding machines and accessories to the Minuyan National High School (MNHS). These pieces of equipment will be used for the school’s K-12 Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track.
The students who will successfully complete the track have the opportunity to be certified for SMAW NC II by TESDA. The completion of the program also opens the possibility of cementing a career with us in Republic Cement.
Furthermore, in partnership with MNHS, the school will house Republic Cement’s community-based SMAW NC II training during summer break.
All these are aligned with our belief that good education is one of the foundations of building a stronger Republic.
